These cheerio bars {let’s just call them cheerio bars because really, that name is just way too long} could be the perfect afterschool snack. They could be, and I’m sure totally would be if there were actually any left by the time your kiddo(s) got home from school.

Oopsie. Who can resist a pan of ooey-gooey peanut buttery cheerio treats. With chocolate chips on top?

Coconut Dream Brownies | Sweet Treats and More

School started last week for Owen and I’m having a hard time adjusting to the schedule. I feel like our morning are rushed. I rush to get him to school, rush to the gym, rush home to shower, then rush to pick him up. All while dealing with a toddler and a cranky, teething 11 month old.

Loaded Cookies and Cream Cookie Bars

Loaded Cookies and Cream Cookie Bars

If you like classic chocolate chip cookie bars, I promise you’ll love this version loaded with crushed Oreo cookies, white chocolate and and milk chocolate chips.  Ooey gooey, oober chocolatey cookie bars.  Just the treat you’ll want this weekend!

Loaded Cookies and Cream Cookie Bars

I sprinkled some White Chocolate Cadbury Mini Eggs on top for a fun Easter twist.  The bars may seem undercooked when you pull them out of the oven, but let them cool in the pan to cook a little bit more.  Remember, gooey = good.  At least in my book.  Once cooled, dish up and enjoy! Loaded Cookies and Cream Cookie Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Brownie Bites! Only 3 ingredients!

Hello Sweet Treats & More readers!  Serene from House of Yumm here again.  Today I’m bringing you a quick and easy snack that only requires 3 ingredients and 5 minutes!   Do you ever get a craving for chocolate and peanut butter?  Please tell me I’m not the only one!  These No Bake Peanut Butter Brownie Bites are the perfect solution for a quick snack!

No Bake Peanut Butter Brownie Bites! Only 3 ingredients!

The other day I needed chocolate and peanut butter, but didn’t have much on hand to make anything.  And seeing as how I’m 8 months pregnant and have three kids at home already, a quick trip to the market is anything but quick.  So I had to make do with what I had.

No Bake Peanut Butter Brownie Bites! Only 3 ingredients!

Which means a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that I have to share with you! So easy to make, just add the ingredients to the bowl, take off your rings and knead it up with your hands.  Trust me, that part is necessary, the dough is kind of thick due to the peanut butter.  But the messy hands are well worth it, and kind of fun.  And remember, while I say dough, this is perfectly safe to eat without baking since there is no eggs involved!  Enjoy these No Bake Peanut Butter Brownie Bites, or grab a spoon and dig straight into the dough.  Shhh.  I won’t tell.
