Lowes Gas Grill Giveaway!

Today’s is another great giveaway celebrating Carrian’s 30th birthday! And this one should get you pretty excited about summer!  Who is ready to start summer grilling?  Lowe’s is giving away an awesome Master Forge Outdoor Gas Grill!  We got our first real grill last sumer from Lowes and we have absolutely loved it! We went from grilling rookies to grilling almost every week night and every weekend during the summer.  And now that the weather is finally warming up here, we’ve started to use it again.  I love grilling because it’s such a great way to eat healthy- we love grilling meat but also love grilling veggies!  Grilled meat, grilled veggies, add a green salad and you’re golden!

I love grilling chopped eggplant, zucchini, onions, bell peppers and yellow squash that have been marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and curry powder! I could eat that mix every day!

I’m still learning on this grilling stuff but I’m excited this year to work on it more when the farmer’s markets are open and we have so much great local produce to work with. I’m even brave enough this year to tackle a garden plot growing my own zucchini and tomatoes and maybe some carrots and we KNOW grilled zucchini is the MOST! Thanks. Congrats on turning 30!!

I tend to keep grilling simple and just do the “normal” stuff! Out of those, chicken is my favorite to grill!
