Can’t. stop. eating these Peanut Butter Protein Balls. The perfect healthy snack to have stocked up in your fridge!
It’s the way to my heart. I take it by the spoonfuls most days, or in cookies, or in these freaking Peanut Butter Protein Balls 🙂 They taste like peanut butter cookie dough. And heck to the yes I like my peanut butter in the form of cookie dough too.
Mix the peanut butter up with good stuff like oats, honey, chia seeds, and some protein powder and you’ve got a tasty snack/energy booster/protein ball. I like to pop one before I head to the gym, after the gym, and then all the snacks in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner too. Okay, kidding but you get the point. They’re SO good!!

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Jiff All Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp water
- Place everything in a food processor and mix until it turns into a dough-like form. Roll into 1 inch balls, place in an air-tight container in the fridge. Makes about 20-24 depending on size.
