Happy humpday! I started sharing some workouts over on instagram and you’re feedback has been so positive! Thank you! Fitness has always been such a big part of my life–I played sports as a kid and all through high school, played volleyball in college, was an avid runner for several years post-college and in between babies, did a couple of rounds of BBG, and now I’m just mixing it all up and trying new things!
I typically workout 6 days a week- it’s just so engrained into mine and Brett’s (and even my boys’) routine. I think I wash more workout clothing than anything else, lol. But I love finding affordable but good quality active wear and you guys, I am LOVING Senita Athletics! I’m wearing a few of their pieces I love here…
These capris (only $35)- hold everything in and makes it all feel tight, firm and sleek. I always buy black because it’s the most flattering- but I love the sheer striping detail at the bottom that make them a little different and breathable too.
And that side POCKET for my phone! Game changer.
This sports bra has a pocket too. In the back! I never wear those arm band things that hold phones- they’re just uncomfortable. This pocket is the perfect place for my phone when I head out for a run. And it has removable pads. Big fan 😉
Side note–new workout clothes + a view like this is all the motivation I need….
Leaving you with this quick 20 minute full body workout! I did this one a lot over the summer when we were traveling. But it’s perfect for those busy days when you literally only have 20 minutes and can’t get to the gym or out for a run or whatever it is you usually do! The only equipment you need is your body, and it’s TOUGH! Have fun with it!
