3 frozen bananas, sliced into thin rounds
1 cup berries (i used raspberries) + a few extra for topping
2/3 cup Bolthouse Farms Berry Boost Fruit Smoothie
1/2 cup coconut milk (regular milk or heavy cream okay too)
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9X9 inch loaf pan, place a few fresh berries on top then place in the freezer to freeze.
Once ready to serve, you may need to set it out on the counter for a bit until it's soft enough to scoop (or run your scooper under hot water).
Cones and sprinkles a must for the kids, duh ;)
