Instructions

1. eaving the peel on, slice the banana down the middle (but not all the way through). Place it on a square sheet of foil.
2. Crimp the foil around the banana to create a "boat" to hold it upright.
3. Pull the banana open just a little. Spread almond butter down the middle of it. Top with a sprinkle of toasted pecans, a dash of cinnamon and drizzle of honey
4. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until the banana is soft.
