2 cups Angie's BOOMCHICKAPOP Sea Salt Popcorn (or half and half Sea Salt + Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn)
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 oz dark chocolate chunks
3 tbs unsweetened toasted flaked coconut
Arrange the popcorn in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Melt the coconut oil, peanut butter, and dark chocolate together in a small microwave safe bowl, microwaving in 30 second increments, then stirring. Do not overcook. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the popcorn. Top with toasted coconut. Pop in the freezer for 10 minutes before enjoying!
