Honey Pear Crostini

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. In a medium saucepan melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add diced pear, walnuts, and cinnamon. Saute for 4-5 minutes, reduce heat slightly and add 1 1/2 tbs honey. Continue cooking until honey turns into more of a glaze. Remove from heat. Sprinkle 1/4 cup feta cheese over the top.
  3. Slice the baguette into thin slices. Place sliced bread on a baking sheet and spoon the pear mixture onto the bread.
  4. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes until bread is toasted. Remove. Drizzle a little more honey over the top. Serve.
