5. I got the most expensive ticket I’ve ever had, and not for speeding–$260 for failing to yield to a pedestrian (no, I didn’t hit him). Is that expensive? I thought it was.
6. I ate sushi for the first time in my life, and fell in love with it.
7. I met my hot, hunk of a husband, and fell in love with him too! Then I married the guy:)
8. I started this blog.
9. I became a mother- had two kids, one in which his arrival caused me to have my first major surgery, a c-section.
10. I made this Chocolate Oreo Cookie Cake for said blog (and fell in love with it too!)
It’s like the biggest Oreo cookie you’ll ever eat, in the form of a cake. Eating just one slice would be like taking just one bite out of an Oreo…and we know that never. ever. happens. Ever.
Did I mention the giant Oreo Cookie Cake is drenched in creamy chocolate frosting? Or that you’ll probably eat it for breakfast?
Be prepared.

Looks like a great cake!! Hope you enjoyed your reunion. We had our 10-yr reunion last year…. I found it much more fun than our 5-yr.

Oh my goodness! This cake looks amazing! I think I’ll make it for my birthday coming up.
I pierced my belly button after I graduated and I also took it out a month later because I felt bad. 🙂

Hey Kristy! That was a fun 10 year course for you…Reminiscing that must have been truly heartwarming. Come to think of it, the biggest decisions came during this past 10 years of your life, falling in love, getting married, being a mom, starting the blog…You have accomplished so much! You deserve a pat on the back, or a magnificent cake, for that matter. This is truly delicious. I swear, I can eat the whole thing LOL! A must try!
