Made to Move: 4 Week Total Body Strength + HIIT Workout Guide

This 4 week Made to Move Guide gives you 4 total body workouts per week (16 workouts total) — combining strength training and high-intensity interval training in each workout. These weekly workouts are here to guide you, when you need a quick sweat that will help build strength and endurance, and at the end of the day get you moving your body and feeling good!

All you need is a set of light-moderate dumbbells and a box or bench (or sturdy chair)! You can do these workouts at home or the gym and most are 30 minutes or less!
