My 8 month old is on the move. He’s the fastest little army crawler and he moves all over our tiny apartment. Making dinner and chasing him around, I tend to lose focus, forget a step, or screw something up.
Needless to say, quick & easy meals are what I’m going for lately, which led to the discovery of these Stuffed Biscuit Cups. They worked as a meal for my husband and I, since it’s just the two of us. Carb: check, meat: check, veggie: check. They were done in 20 minutes with very little prep work. And they were very tasty. I mean, anything is good if it’s filled with cream cheese, right?

I’m not a big biscuit eater, but as soon as I saw cream cheese in your recipe, you won me over. I love cream cheese on anything, in anything, and with anything. These look really good.
