I couldn’t help but pick up a bunch of delicious looking blackberries this week at the grocery store and we’ve been eating them like candy.
Blackberries happen to be among the highest of antioxidant-rich foods, full of fiber, contain a plethera of Vitamins, and give you all kinds of other health benefits. Blended up with a banana, a bunch of spinach, some ice and water, you get a healthy little treat for you and your family, great breakfast smoothie, or post-workout snack.

I make something similar every morning for breakfast, however instead of the cold water I use vanilla almond milk and I also add some flax seed for additional health benefits. Always a delicious drink to get you ready for your day.
