Speaking of fries, did you guys know last Wednesday was National French Fry Day? I always discover these “food holidays” after they’ve already passed. But not knowingly, we ate these carrot stick fries with dinner on National French Fry Day so consider them a tribute to the holiday….just a little late, and a little non-traditional.
