This might come as a big shocker, but no, we aren’t doing Star Wars themed classroom Valentine cards this year! Can you believe it? We live and breathe Star Wars at our house but I convinced the boys to go another route with their Valentine cards. They still got to pick their cards out from Minted and I love their choices! Both completely reflect their personality.
The boys don’t know it yet, but we are heading to Colorado the week of Valentine’s Day so they will miss the fun parties. So we got a jump on our cards early so they can hand them out before we take off.
Owen picked the Rock on Valentine cards and Miles picked the I Like You a Bot classroom cards. This is one of my favorite pictures of Owen and it totally fits the card. He can be painfully shy at times, but once he’s comfortable he’s loud, funny, and the life of the party. I love that you can add a picture to these cards to make them a little more personal and special when the boys give them to their friends and classmates.
However, the thought of giving these to the girls in his class has Owen completely embarrassed.
I can’t speak a word about girls, or crushes, or say the word cute without him turning bright red. But yesterday I overheard him say to his buddy “What if all the girls want to marry someday because I’m so, so famous.” I died laughing. It must just be a super embarrassing thing to talk about with your MOM….
Minted has so many cute options for classroom cards + you can get 10% off your order using code HEART16. And if you use the code CLASSROOM on any order of 24 classroom cards or more you get 24 free custom stickers. The classroom Valentine cards are super cheap (like $14 for 15 cards) and perfect if you’re looking to do something a little different and special this year!
I’ve linked up some of my other favorites for little boys below too!
