Over the last two weeks we’ve been in Colorado, Utah, now back to Colorado! We are visiting each of our families and had a wedding to attend in between. Two weeks into our three week vacation and we’re all a little sleep deprived and anxious for our own beds again, but wouldn’t trade time with family for anything!
We spent 5 days in the mountains with all of Brett’s family at Snow Mountain Ranch in Grandby, Colorado. 23 of us total, 13 kiddos. My boys were in cousin heaven! We there for the 4th of July and there were so many activities for all of us to do! We stayed busy (and wore the kiddos out) every single day. Unfortunately missed fireworks this year (we missed the memo that the Grandby firework show was the night before the 4th). I was bummed, the boys were bummed. But we quickly forgot about it and got distracted by all the fun.
Snow cones, games, swimming + this amazing giant tubing hill! The tubing hill was definitely the highlight of the day! I was shocked Owen loved it as much as he did. The first run down his face screamed horror. And Miles went once and refused to to it again!
Graham was too little to ride, but he was pretty happy just playing with the tube!
Canoeing + fishing at the lake….
This reminds me so much of my childhood! My family loved to camp, fish, and canoe. I think it’s time we take the boys camping!
The hardest part about living in San Diego is being so far from family. Wish the boys could play with their cousins regularly. Owen loved hanging with the “older boys” and might have picked up a few new “tricks” from them, lol!
From the cabin we headed to Denver for a few days….
A little pit stop in Idaho Springs, Colorado where we had the best pizza ever at Beaujo’s. BEST pizza ever!
Spent a couple of days playing with friend’s at their private lake while in Denver….
Got to meet one of my best friend’s new little babes…miss Mary Lane you are perfect!! And so teeny tiny ❤️
This was O’s first time tubing and he loved it! If you know him, you know he’s our cautious one, so we loved that he loved tubing so much! Even after getting rocked off the tube several times he couldn’t get enough. 
Off to southern Colorado to visit my parents and have some small town fun!!
