No one in this house is in Back-to-School mode, thank goodness! Just thinking about Owen’s first day of pre-school (yes, in two years) could make me cry. I’m so glad we’re so far from that. I mean, it’s not like time flies or anything.
However, all the Back- to-School frenzy around us has made me realize our summer days are dwindling.
And fall is just around the corner….eeek! I love fall. But I’m not ready for these hot summer days to be over.
We need to swim more. We need to picnic more. We need to run and play at the park more. We need more grilling. More barbecues. And heaven for bid we need more ice cream, more sno cones, and more smoothies.
How are you soaking up your last days of summer?

The mango I used wasn’t very big, so mine isn’t as bright in color or as strong in mango flavor, but it was still so tasty!
