Today, I want to share one of my favorite little places in Utah with you: Dippidee: A Place of Sweet Surprises. It’s a bakery located in Lehi, Utah and literally just down the street from me. You don’t know how dangerous this is. I am somewhat obsessed with the place. Any time friends and family come to visit I take them here. We load up on baked goods and eat them ’til every last crumb disappears. I might on occasion, do this all by myself. Which leads to me wallowing around in a sugar-induced-coma for days, but it’s totally worth it. You try just eating one cookie, cupcake, brownie, or bar.
Aside from their delicious baked goods, they have the cutest kitchen decor, cake stands, plates, platters and other cute trinkets. I could spend a pretty penny on all of it.
On a recent visit to Dippidee, I bought my usual sugar cookie + a few other goodies, but I brought my camera along too. I wanted to capture the place and some of the sweet surprises they have to offer. Marcee Kitchen, the creator and owner of Dippidee, is letting me share all of it with you.

Ready for the goodies? Everything is made from scratch and come from sacred family recipes. Prepare to drool….Are these not the prettiest cupcakes you’ve ever seen?
I went for the Red Velvet one. It was dee-lish. 
I am crazy for this sugar cookie. Not only is it super thick and soft, but there is something magical in the frosting.
Marcee filled me in on a little secret too….her dad makes them, along with the homemade oreos and their ultimate chocolate chip cookies. Now that is a man that can bake!
These Heavenly Pieces are my husband’s favorite. You should see his face light up when I surprise him with a boxful after a long day of work. The cookie just crumbles and melts away in your mouth. The cream cheese frosting piled on top is the bate on these babies. They even have peppermint ones for the Holidays.
Their Holiday assortment of treats is so much better looking than anything I’ve baked up over the last week. I’m positive they’re much tastier too. Sigh.
All of their baked goods make excellent gifts. They’ll even box and wrap them up all cute for you. I mean, look at this ribbon wall.

I absolutely love Dippidee! My two favorite things are their sugar cookies and red velvet cupcakes. I could eat 10 pounds of that light & fluffy vanilla frosting that comes on the red velvet cupcake! What a great deal – buy one get one free – thanks for scoring that one for all of us!
