As much as I love my sweet treats, I like fitting into my jeans too. Enjoying both can be hard (especially during the Holidays). It requires portion control (working on that), healthy eating, and exercise. I eat my fare share of sweets, but I also look for “lighter” treats to make, and try to eat healthy meals throughout the day, and I try to exercise 5 days a week.
I am by no means an expert in health and fitness, I just know it’s important and know that it makes me feel good. I feel like a crazy person when I don’t exercise. I’m moody, feel lethargic, tired, and just feel heavier. And I tend to eat more junk when I don’t exercise.
So starting tomorrow, I’ll be featuring Fit Friday posts every Friday. It will include healthy recipes, different workout routines (I’ll be calling on the experts), and anything else health, food, and fitness related.

Kristy, I love that you are doing fit Fridays, such a good idea! I love Pojo, I took reformer semi-private lessons from Liz before she moved….love her!! Way to kick butt with your w/k out!
