File these under things I can’t. stop. eating.
For the last week I’ve been having at least one bowl a day. I crave it for breakfast and lunch, want it for an afternoon snack, and then it calls to me late at night before I go to bed. I mean seriously, it’s a problem.
I blame my friend Jessie for introducing me to frozen berries with milk. From there I took it up a notch and added some toppings!!
It’s so easy it doesn’t really require a recipe–> frozen berries, drenched in milk, topped with granola and honey and a little bit of heavy cream!!!! Those extra toppings are EVERYTHING though. You have to do it!
The cream the cream the cream ↓↓↓ OMG OMG OMG!!! DO IT!
And it turns into this heavenly bowl of frozen/frosty milky berries with crunchy bites of granola and a touch of sweet, sweet honey!
Please try it so we can be obsessed together and have frozen berry bowls every single day together!! Mmmmkay? Great, thanks.
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (i like a berry medley)
- 4-6 oz low fat milk (or almond milk)
- 2 tbsp granola
- drizzle of heavy cream
- drizzle of honey
- Place the berries in a bowl and pour the milk over the top. Let sit for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle granola over the top, then drizzle with heavy cream and honey. Stir and enjoy!
