You shouldn’t either. All you need is a batch of your favorite pancakes–make them from scratch, from a mix, you name it. I use Gina’s recipe for Whole Wheat Pancakes and they are perfect!
Once you make the pancakes just top them with your choice of yogurt, a generous sprinkle of granola, and some fruit. A gourmet breakfast in minutes.
Fruit & Yogurt Parfait Pancakes
1 batch of your favorite pancakes
yogurt (I used Greek)
granola
fresh fruit, diced (I used strawberries)
Whole Wheat Pancakes
from SkinnyTaste
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups plus 2 tbsp fat free milk
2 tsp vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well until there are no dry clumps, but do not over mix.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear, then flip pancakes.
Slather pancakes with 2-3 tbsp yogurt and top with a generous sprinkle of granola and fresh fruit. Enjoy warm. **I poured a drizzle of syrup on my pancakes because I used Greek yogurt and wanted to sweeten it up just a bit:)

What a gourmet breakfast! I should be doing a nutritious breakfast like this one. My sister told me that it is an alternative way oh how ways to prevent wrinkles. By eating healthy foods for the skin, wrinkles and other skin problems may less to occur.
