The marinade consists of crushed garlic, fresh squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, GravyMaster, and a little bit of thyme. Easy! And you don’t have to marinade the chicken over night.
The GravyMaster doesn’t necessarily have a distinct flavor, I think it just really enhanced the garlic-lemon flavor of the chicken while balancing it out at the same time.
You should be able to find GravyMaster at most grocery stores in the same isles as other gravies or you can order it online.
