Happy humpday. Let’s go skinny dipping…..ha! I’ve actually never been skinny dipping. Bucket list? I kid. Maybe. Anyways….
I whipped up this Greek Yogurt Gingerbread Dip for the boys to eat after school the other day. I made it a little healthier, made with Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese… or sweetened condensed milk, or cool whip, or all of the above combined. So let’s call it a win! Plus, we all loved it!
The secret to this dip is butter extract! It cuts some of the tartness out of the greek yogurt and gives it a little buttery, cookie flavor 🙂 Dip your favorite fruit or if you want to have a little fun, dip gingerbread cookies!
Pepperidge Farm has these adorable limited edition Ginger Family cookies and the boys had so much fun lining up “our little family” and taking everyone for a dip….and then chomping the heads off 😐 #boys It kept them entertained for at least an hour.

I love this so much, what a clever idea for dressing up Greek yogurt! I know this treat is mainly for kiddos, but I want some too! 😉

I know right, I ate it right along with them! Thanks Roxana!

I made this the other night for a party – it was a big hit!! I served it with santa hat fruit kabobs. I didn’t have any butter extract, so I substituted rum extract. 🙂 That was amazing! Will definitely make this again.
