Hi friends! I’m so excited to be back on the blog, partnering with Laura’s Lean to share the easiest Instant Pot Tikka Masala Beef Meatballs. Consider this really easy, but healthy quarantine cooking! Ground beef is such a versatile protein to have stocked in our fridge and freezers right now, I’m using it for so many fast and easy dinners!
I use Laura’s Lean because the brand offers premium, better-for-you, natural ground beef products -that unlike most other “natural” beef, Laura’s Lean products are a “Never Ever” offering. This means their protein is sourced from suppliers that raise their cattle without ever using added hormones or antibiotics and are always vegetarian fed!
You can find Laura’s Lean here!
You only need a few ingredients to make these meatballs: ground beef, a few spices, eggs, breadcrumbs, and tikka masala sauce! A lot of meatball recipes call for finely diced onion- and depending on my mood i take them or leave them (they’re not necessary IMO). But if I do use onions I dice them really fine so my kids can’t complain about them 🙂
You can use your favorite store-bought masala sauce as well!
My favorite way to eat these Tikka Masala Meatballs is to roast some sweet potatoes, cook up some rice, and make some yummy bowls! Sometimes I use cauliflower rice for the rice or do half cauli rice, half brown rice. Use whatever you have in your pantry or freezer. Be resourceful, mix it up. Or try using noodles for the base. See, I’m telling you..so easy! And if you want you can serve the meatballs on a skewer or just serve with a few veggies!
Kid plate 🙂
Be sure to give Laura’s Lean products a try and let me know how you like the meatballs! Happy quarantine cooking friends!

This sounds great, but I don’t have an instant pot. How long would I cook the meatballs in my slow cooker (360 4 qt. Vapor slow cooker, if that helps). Thank you!
