Full Body Medicine Ball Workout
do 3-4 rounds of:
10 stand-up sit-ups w/ option to toss ball
15 sumo squats with ball
15 russian twists with ball
15 toe touches with ball
15 med ball pushups
I love using a medicine ball + movements of my body for “weight” training. Plus, this one will get you sweatin’ + burning all over! I bought a 12-Pound Medicine Ball ball on Amazon and love to have at home for days I can’t get to the gym.
