Today wraps up our Seven Days of Valentine Sweets here at ST&M. Hopefully you’ve been sweetly inspired and found something indulgent to make for V-day. I thought I’d finish the week off with a special Valentine’s Day breakfast….Nutella Stuffed Pancakes.
These Nutella Stuffed Whole Wheat Pancakes are the perfect healthy yet sweet way to start the day. The warm Nutella just oozes out of the pancakes and strawberries
pair perfectly with it!
Use this whole wheat pancake recipe I love, your favorite pancake recipe or a box mix. After you pour the batter onto the griddle, just spoon a dollop of Nutella onto the center. Pour another spoonful of batter over the top and spread it gently over the top of the Nutella. Then just cook the pancakes like you normally would.
