In love with this Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Shake! My favorite post-workout treat 🙂Â
This Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie tastes like a naughty milkshake I could drink every.single.day! I’m on a big morning protein shake/smoothie kick lately. Are you sick of them yet? I hope not. IÂ just love how convenient and quick they are, which is pretty much all I have time for in the mornings after my workout. {Which by the way, I’ve got a new workout below for you to try…just keep scrolling…}
I stayed up until 1:30 in the morning Friday night watching Suits. I shouldn’t be allowed to binge-watch shows because I really can’t stop. I leave Brett in the dust, he falls asleep and go on for at least another hour or two. Once we’re done with I think I’ll need a break from binge-watching anything. You know, so I can get my life back.Â
With a little pre-workout, I made it to the gym Sat morning and this shake was my reward. Get the easy recipe below and check out my latest workout 🙂Â

Hi – thanks for a great recipe. Do the oats have to be cooking oats, or are instant oats fine?
