My first job out of college I worked as a receptionist in an Ophthalmologists’ office. (So much for that hard-earned bachelor’s degree I’d just received. I never did really use it.) You are SOOOOO lucky not to need contacts or glasses…It is so expensive and makes life much less spontaneous. I always have to worry about getting home to take out my contacts at the end of the day, and swimming is such a pain, because once I take out my contacts, I can’t see a darn thing!
