Brett was in charge of dessert Sunday night. We were both craving brownies so he gave these Blender Brownies (straight from the Blendtec Fresh Blends Cookbook) a try. We’ve used our blendtec for a lot of things, but never brownies, so I was a little skeptical. But hey, I wasn’t in charge. Turned out these were some of the best homemade brownies I’ve had in a while. Dense and fudgy just how I love them. The kind you can’t stop eating, cutting away tiny little square after tiny little square.
Until there are no more tiny little squares to cut. It’s a problem. Slightly embarrassing, but seriously a problem. Because you suddenly realize just how many calories you’ve consumed, what a waste today’s workout was, and how tough tomorrow’s workout will have to be.
But still, you really just wish there was one more, tiny little square to cut….
Yep, they were that good. Good work honey, good work.

these look practically perfect!
This is so fabulously lovely! Great recipe!
I could go for like 80 squares of this right now…besides, if you cut ’em super small it totally cuts the calories in half.
Right? 😉
Good looking brownies, and looks really easy to make.
