These Philly Cheese Steak Romaine Boats consist of thinly sliced flank steak, sauteed bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, with a melted provolone cheese over the top. They aren’t loaded with cream cheese or cheese whiz, like we love, but they are just what my husband wanted! We can get our Philly fix with a little less fat and fewer carbs:)

You could totally skip the romaine boats and pile the meat on a toasty hoagie roll or bun and add that cheese you want.

Love the idea!
This is so creative for a Philly cheesesteak taste!
I love rich Philly cheesesteaks, but this lighter version sounds amazing, too! Bookmarking.
What a great idea! Matt loves a nice Philly cheesesteak and he just started a strict diet, so this is a great alternative. Miss you!
