It’s Friday! And the best (yest busiest) time of year is upon us! Thanksgiving and Christmas are riiiight around the corner and life always seems to get so, so busy this time of year! My goal is not to let the business of the season stress me out, and to take time to slow down, relax, and really ENJOY it with my family.
That being said, if you’re looking for a tasty treat to help you relax and keep calm, this Honey Lavender Berry Smoothie is a must try!! I know, it’s hot cocoa season but we’re still having some warm days so smoothies are still in. Lavender infused hot cooca didn’t sound good ๐
Lavender is a soothing, calming herb that’s great to add to your foods. Just breathing in the scent of it can be relaxing! I just used dried organic lavender herb that I picked up at my grocery store, but you can use Lavender oil if you have that too!
Blend this smoothie up in minutes and enjoy it with a good book ๐ I just started Simply Tuesday-Small Moment Living in a Fast Moving World. So far, soooo good.
Extra bonus–your kiddos can enjoy this too! Give them a little bed time smoothie to help them calm down ๐ Heaven knows my boys could use it every.single.night. It’s like their energy NEVER wears out.

Just made this! It made one serving for me — because I drink all of it ๐ It is more strawberry than anything to me. I think next time I will add more lavender. Thanks for the recipe!

Made with whole milk and used vanilla yogurt. Was out of almond milk. Also added more lavender. I eyeballed it,used one twig of French lavender. Was delish. Never occurred to me to use it in a smoothie.๐
