Brett and I love asparagus; its a popular side to our meals. Usually we just enjoy it steamed or blanched with a little butter, salt and pepper (pretty boring right). Well that’s about to change. I’m looking for some new, yummy ways to prepare it! In my search, this Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Browned Butter recipe caught my eye. We were in charge of a side dish for our Easter dinner and decided to gave it a whirl. I loved it (h0pefully everyone else did too)!

You have been cooking a ton! This looks great. It’s a little different from how I cook mine but similar so I want to try it. We eat asparagus a lot around here.
I still shudder when I think of some asparagus I cooked Brett when he was living with us a long time ago. It was terrible. I boiled it and it was beyond soggy.
