I definitely get my sweet tooth from my mother! This is one of her specialties she served at our wedding reception! Simply to die for!
SWEET CHEESE BALL 2 Pkg. 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 Pkg Vanilla instant pudding 1 Cup Powdered Sugar 1 Can of Crushed Pineapple- 15 oz 1 Cup finely chopped pecans (I also use almonds!) ½ Pkg mini chocolate chips- (I uses semi-sweet) Graham cracker stix to dip with—regular or chocolate.
In a medium bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients. Wrap in saran wrap and shape into ball Freeze overnight.
