School starts tomorrow! We spent most of the weekend doing some last minute back to school prep– an allergy appointment for O, filling prescriptions, and a little shopping for the boys. Gosh I’m such a procrastinator!
Sloan’s Ice Cream in La Jolla invited us in for an ice cream tasting, which made shopping bearable for the boys. Sloan’s is like a toy store, candy store and ice cream shop all in one. The boys were in heaven + we definitely left with bellies full of sugar!
They are always fairly predictable when it comes to ice cream flavors…..
Circus Animal for M, Monster Cookie (cookies and cream) for O, and Cookie Dough for Graham (picked me me!)
From the mall we booked it to the beach, to try and squeeze in a little more weekend fun in. ‘Was the last weekend of summer afterall 😉
{But if I’m being honest…fall is my favorite time to be at the beach!}
^He’ll be two next month. Make it stop. 
^This one slept the whole time. He woke up just as we were packing up to leave.
Brett (accidentally) dumped both Miles and Graham + all of our things out of the wagon as we were walking to our car. The boys cried, we laughed, and the boys cried some more. The entire way home, actually. It wasn’t our best beach night, it started rough and ended rough, but we had some pretty great moments in between.
Trying really hard lately to focus on that “good stuff in the between the rough stuff.”
Deep breath….
It’s a new week. And the boys are off to school! What in the WORLD will Graham and I do? Just kidding…I can think of a million things!
