I sat and thought about what to call these for at least an hour.
Graham Crackers on Crack….
Loaded Graham Cracker Squares….
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Grahams…
Candy Graham Bars….
Even Brett chimed in….
“Dang-You-Woman-Why’d-You-Have-to-Make-These-Crazy-Good-Cracker-Things!”
After which he said, “I could eat a thousand of them.”
After which he said, “I could eat a thousand of them.”
In the end, I just decided to go with White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Grahams. Just because. And essentially, what you get is a white chocolate peanut butter covered graham cracker topped with pretzels, marshmallows, and chocolate chips! Here’s how ya make ’em….

Lay some graham cracker squares out on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Melt some white chocolate and peanut butter together and pour it over the top of the grahams.

Mix together some crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows and sprinkle them allll over the grahams.

Drooling yet?

Let the grahams cool so the chocolate sets a bit. Then pull those squares apart and get eating!
Best thing about these tasty little treats? They don’t require an oven. And of course the dominating white chocolate peanut butter flavor, the perfectly sweet and salty combination, and the extra crunch of the pretzels.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Graham Cracker Squares
Ingredients
12 whole graham crackers broken in half to create 24 squares
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 oz Almond Bark (this is 4 squares of the 24 oz bar of Almond Bark)-or you can use white chocolate baking chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup pretzels, crushed
Instructions
Line the graham crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Mix crushed pretzels, chocolate chips and marshmallows together in a bowl and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the almond bark until smooth (stirring every 20 seconds). Stir in peanut butter.
Pour white chocolate peanut butter over the graham crackers, spreading with a spatula as you go. The graham crackers may slide a bit as you spread, but try to cover them evenly.
Sprinkle the pretzel, chocolate chip, marshmallow mixture over the top.
Let cool, then gently pull apart graham cracker squares. (The white chocolate peanut butter makes them stick together.)
Makes 24 squares

Chocolate and peanut butter melted together? Then spread on a graham cracker? Then topped with even more goodies? I would call these graham crackers on crack, and I wish I could have had a taste.
These are genius! So simple but they look so darn good. I’m your newest follower!
