This post is in partnership with Adidas. Thank you for supporting the brands I love!
Eeek! Valentine’s Day is in just a few days! Are you guys the go-out-to-a-fancy-restaurant type, or the stay-in-and-do-takeout type? Brett and I almost always stay in, do something fun with the kids (like make pizzas) and then cook a “nicer” dinner together once the kids are asleep. We’ll see if we have the energy for that this year! But of course, we always have a little treat!
If we could swing it, the perfect way to start Valentine’s Day would be to workout together! It’s one of our favorite things to do! We always joke about how we’ll get to do it regularly when we are old, empty nesters, ha! But today we’ve teamed up with Adidas to share a quick couples circuit you can do with your lova’ to start Valentine’s Day off right! You don’t need any equipment, just the two of you! And if you can’t make it happen on Valentine’s Day, try doing it together over the weekend. Or make it a date-night’-in sometime! When we do get to workout together, we usually go for a quick run and finish it with a “cashout” like this workout!
We absolutely love Adidas activewear–I’m obsessed with this cropped hoodie to throw on before or after a workout, and these high rise tights are SO comfy-butter soft with the perfect compression! I love the mesh detail in the thigh-give me all the breathable, high-waisted leggings! And it’s always a bonus when Brett finds tees and shorts that fit him perfectly and he can move well in (he’s a big, tall fella!)

What a beautiful idea. I really wish my partner and I could work out together, but sadly our work commitments are very different from one another. Just not possible…for now at least.
