Scenes from our Saturday…
The gym at 8, donuts + the carwash (the two always go together because they’re right next to each other), chores (can you believe Miles’ favorite chore is cleaning the toilets 😳–be.my.guest buddy!), the beach with friends, and ending the night with burgers, a target run, + late night brownies.
Now that I type it all out it sounds like a whole lot for one day, and like all we did was eat, ha! I passed on the donuts, had my burger protein style, but man did I devour the brownies. Calling it balance 🙂
Also, on Saturdays I’ve been doing crossfit with Brett + Owen has been working out with us too. Maybe my favorite workout of the week!
Alsoooo, a scene from our Friday night that I won’t forget–I snuck my own popcorn into a movie and for the first time evveeer they checked my bag. The worker laughed and let me keep my popcorn. Brett was mortified 😂

And a few things–
I’m loving this beach dress, will be living in it all summer. It’s light, long and flowy and just perfect.
Do I really need to say it again–Monique’s Paleo Pumpkin Brownies knocked my flipping socks off. Make them like, now.
I’ve stepped up my skin care lately and been trying some Beauty Counter products. So far I’m LOVING the cleansing balm, balancing spa set, and the sunscreen. Should I do a whole post on this stuff????
Okay you might wanna sit down for this one. I’ve made a goal this week not to drink a single diet coke….until next Sunday. Or maybe if I’m feeling great, never again. Hahahaha, just kidding. Baby steps. Who wants to do it with me?
And lastly, I’ve been loving sharing healthy recipes, snacks, and workouts here and on instagram…..but I’d love to know how I could be even MORE helpful to you….a weekly meal plan? a week worth of workouts? at the gym? at home? What is it you struggle with most? I’d love your feedback on this!
