The Fourth of July is right around the corner and you know I’m just as much about the FOOD as the next girl–but the spread can be healthy and still delicious! If I’m in charge of the food, I’m giving myself as many healthy options to choose from and maybe picking just one thing to splurge on–like dessert? The Best Ever Turkey Burgers – We made these last year and they were SOOO dang good! Use sandwhich thins to keep it light and lower carb if you want!
These Chicken Burger Lettuce Bowls with Roasted Chickpeas are kinda unique and have sooo much flavor with those chickpeas. I’m obsessed with these! You can always make any burger a lettuce bowl or lettuce wrap, and skip sugar sauces–just go with mustard 🙂
